As well as being Air-Britain’s 70th Anniversary in 2018, it is our French branch’s 50th Anniversary. Founded in 1968, as ‘Branch Française d’Air-Britain’ (BFAB), it is also known as ‘Trait d’Union’ (which translates as hyphen). Their Annual General Meeting was held at the museum at La Ferté Alais south of Paris. Two of Air-Britain’s Trustees (Nigel Dingley and Steve Mitchell) accepted BFAB’s invitation to attend and presented their Chairman, Jean Delmas, with an award from the UK celebrating the BFAB’s 50th Anniversary. Following the formal business there was a celebratory luncheon. We anticipate that BFAB will attend our AGM later in the year.

I note that the USB containing the magazines from 1989-2008 is now available:
"Clé USB contenant les 20 années de parution du Trait d’Union (Numéros 123 à 242) + l’index complet détaillé"
Are there any plans for it to be stocked in the UK by "HQ", or do we need to order it ourselves direct?

The UK publications committee had previously discussed a second CD, but got no response on the availability of the relevant files. I have asked those with contacts to find out more and the possibility of stocking it, but if you want it quickly, then a direct purchase is probably better.
