Has anyone found that the plastic front & back covering both books peels off [this year after having had them a couple of weeks], I don't remember years ago [certainly at least four years] this did not used to happen.
I have told previous admin people in the past about this but it continues to happen

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will raise it with the printers.

On the basis that nothing will change with the covering on the book [been like it a number of years !] for 2019, I have opted for the LAAS Corporate Jet/Turboprop Book this year as it was free to members [of LAAS] and also ring bound [easy to use]
I presume the Airliners Quick Ref book for 2019 will suffer the same problems as it did in 2018 [and before]
How about ring bound books for 2020 ?

Hello Tony.
Must confess I have not had that problem, my 2018 UKQR which has the most use, apart from the corners of the cover on the front turning up a little is fine
Personally I don't like ring bound books.
Kind regards

There were only a handful of comments about delamination of the covers for AFQR2018 and the printers were alerted so that they could ensure no problems this year - we will wait and see.
As regards ring-bound, it does seem (through talking to members and users) that ring-bound is not preferred over the current style by many people. It also would not have prevented the delamination last year.
If anybody does have any problems, then contact the warehouse to arrange a swop for a new copy.
