I have just downloaded the August ABN online edition and for the second month running all the text is in pink. Pictures fine and I can read it but seems strange. It is not a pocketmags setting as my other subscriptions are fine. This only occurs with ABN. Any ideas?

The same for me. I emailed Pocketmags about this last month and received a reply saying that they knew about the problem and were going to re-load it again. Despite this nothing changed. This evening I downloaded the July issues and just like you the print was in pink. I have emailed Pocketmags mags again. Awaiting their reply.

We, as the publishers, have also e-mailed Customer Support. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I downloaded my copy of the August ABN from Pocketmags last night and there was no issue with it. I have never had any problem with ABN from Pocketmags with all the editions I have had since subscribing earlier this year. I do not use Apple products so it may be an issue there. No problems whatsoever with Windows 10 nor Android.

I download it to my iPad. I suspect problems occurred after Apple issued a new version of IOS. I have had problems in the past with some apps after upgrades. Usually after a short time upgraded apps have been issued solving the problems.

I have just downloaded the September edition of ABN and it has gone pink again!. I deleted and downloaded the app but this time to no avail. It's readable but not great to look at. What's going on? Chris

This is the message from PocketMags
Please ask the user to do the following, to remove the error issue and download the correct one.
If the user is using a Google device: To delete/ archive an issue from the Android app, tap on the 3 lines menu icon, select ‘On Device’ from the menu, tap the 3-dot tab below the issue cover, select 'Archive' and then tap ‘OK’. You will then be able to re-download the issue from your account at any time.
If the user is using an Apple device: You can remove an issue from your device using the following instructions - 1. Open the app and make sure you are on the ‘My Library’ > 'On Device' tab. 2. Tap the dustbin icon at the top of the screen. 3. Tap the cover of the magazine you wish to delete. It should 'grey out'/ highlight. 4. Tap the dustbin icon again (‘Done’ if using iOS). A popup should appear to confirm that you wish to archive your magazine. Click 'Yes'
Let us know if that works.
