Hi
Notified today that March ABN was out on Pocketmags. However, only the first 96 pages are showing, where's the rest of it?

You cannot archive a magazine when you read it on the Pocketmags webpage, only through the app. It appears that the magazine needs to be removed and completely reloaded by Pocketmags themselves to sort this one out.

I use iPad and the app not website. I have had problems in the past with text in red. After several emails they sorted and each time they told me to archive and download again. Paul

This has now been fixed - see the text below.
There was an issue with the page count function which prevented the last 100 pages to load, this has been sorted. Pocketmags have reloaded the files and re-compiled the magazine. For those using Web access, the problem should resolve itself once the reload has occurred.
For those using Google or Apple Apps please use the following instructions If the user is using a Google device: To delete/ archive an issue from the Android app, tap on the 3 lines menu icon, select ‘On Device’ from the menu, tap the 3-dot tab below the issue cover, select 'Archive' and then tap ‘OK’. You will then be able to re-download the issue from your account at any time.
If the user is using an Apple device:
You can remove an issue from your device using the following instructions - 1. Open the app and make sure you are on the ‘My Library’ > 'On Device' tab. 2. Tap the dustbin icon at the top of the screen. 3. Tap the cover of the magazine you wish to delete. It should 'grey out'/ highlight. 4. Tap the dustbin icon again (‘Done’ if using iOS). A popup should appear to confirm that you wish to archive your magazine. Click 'Yes'
Thanks
Sean
