‘The Society’s next event will be a lecture presented via Zoom given by Peter Griffiths  entitled: 

Sextant to SatNav - 45 years in Aviation 


Peter takes us through a journey his aviation career. His flying started with BOAC in 1967, navigating by map, compass and sextant.
After 8 years he joined Cathay Pacific and stayed with them for 29 years, becoming Fleet Manager for Boeing 747's. 
Upon leaving Cathay he flew executive jets, retiring in 2013.

This lecture will be presented via Zoom. The link will open from 7.30 pm with the starting at 8.00pm

Members will be provided with the Zoom link prior to the event.

Visitors and guests are welcome to attend with free access for your first visit with a £5.00 visitors entry charge for subsequent visits,
