The techies at Sellerdeck are still trying to solve the problem and have had to escalate it to their development team. We had re-instated the membership side of the program and found that of nine transactions, four went through OK and five didn't. That illustrates why the fix is proving difficult.
Because we are still waiting for a solution, we do not know if the 250 odd orders that failed can be recovered or not. Once we know we will let people know.
Shipping update - after our own version of a Suez Canal blockage (although our software blockage was before the Ever Given), orders are now flowing again.
Over 400 orders were despatched by the team led by John last week and there are over 300 to be processed this week. One of the side-effects of this is that our e-mail system gets overwhelmed and some e-mail confirmations do not go through. Please be patient and do not re-order, as this only complicates matters.
While we are getting orders into the postal system as quickly as possible, remember that the public holidays over the Easter weekend may delay their arrival with you.

As of close this afternoon we are up to date to all of this Sunday’s orders. This includes the numerous Second-hand orders prepared last week, and all trade orders to date; save for any complicated overseas orders.
These are ones that are heavier than can be posted via the mail system, or are destined for the US or Australia or New Zealand. The rates leading to and over Easter rose so we deferred these until they are back to affordable and we are able to spend the additional time to process them. We are now at the stage where we can dedicate time to this.
Advance Warning - we expect that our Sales and Membership websites will be down for a couple of days soon after this weekend. This is to make some changes which are aimed at reducing the chances of the major downtime we suffered earlier this year.
The warehouse team will be working next Tuesday, so if you have any orders please place them before the weekend.
