A number of airfields in the UK are under threat at the moment, including Fairoaks, Gamston and Wellesbourne. I'm sure there are a number of others too. The latest to join this list is White Waltham, thanks to an over zealous Heathrow plan which would mean airliners on approach to LHR's new planned runway could be as low as 1700ft over the airfield.
