Milton Keynes Aviation Society presents "The Hawker Hurricane: how it came to be" by Howard Cook.
The Hawker Hurricane did not just appear as a result of Specification F.5/34. It was the result of a long genesis of design and circumstances going back to the end of the First World War.
Historic aircraft pilot, Military Historian and lecturer Howard Cook will review the elements that led to the creation of the legendary Hawker Hurricane
Venue: Kents Hill Community Centre, Frithwood Crescent, Kents Hill, Milton Keynes, MK7 6HQ. Doors open at 7.30 p.m. Tuesday 14th March and the lecture begins at 8.00 p.m.
Visitors are very welcome - £5.00 per head.
